Schlafly Bottleworks - Saint Louis

We really like coming to this place. We appreciate the outdoor patio that is dog-friendly.

Been here multiple times but somehow never filed a review on Google Maps. Patio is really nice and a pretty good size assuming the weather and the temperature cooperate. Wait staff, host crew, and bartenders are always friendly and knowledgeable. We sat in the bar area during a recent art fair that was going on in the parking lot. Plenty of seating inside as well, since it was getting hot. My wife ordered the quesadilla. Said it was fine; nothing fancy but was presented well and tasted as expected. I opted for the chorizo burger (though I’ve had and recommend the Cuban . The chorizo burger was super tasty! Not a huge helping of fries, but the size of the burger made up for it. My wife tried a couple of the beers and found several she liked. I don’t drink and she had at least one seasonal one, so no sense in skewing this review. Like I said, been here quite a few times and will most certainly be back. :

Serving $8 plates of hummus with dirt still on the dipping veggies

When I used to go here years ago it was pretty nice. This last time it was a zoo: children running around and screaming while their parentage licked the beer cheese out of dip cups. The guy at the front desk muttered something incomprehensible to me.
