Pizza Hut - Saint Louis

Ordered and showed it was being made and that the dash driver was on the way to pick up my order and then get an email and a text saying my order was cancelled. Then I have to wait 3-5 business days a refund. Which has never made sense. You can take my money immediately but ya cant put it back. First time trying door dash and super disappointed.

Food was delicious, however hardly any sauce on (8) Boneless chicken and pepperoni Pep Lovers seemed like regular pep

The service could have been better alot better actually and when I called and inquired about why the Parmesan cheese was not on the menu she was rude instead of giving me a shaker for my inconvenience she didnt care about providing me with the best service she only cared about charging me extra for someone elses mistake and my pizza was dry n not cut properly but my dasher was awesome /10 thank you Jeremiah.

Pizza tasted like its been sitting all day. The sauce was bitter and they charged me $5 for an off brand 2Liter then casually said they didnt have it. I gave 2 stars because my children still ate it after I had to doctor it up. Moving towards cooking more. What happened to brand integrity?

It was still hot and fresh with it being cold outside
