I’m really disappointed to learn that you’ve permanently closed. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, both personally and professionally. Just recently, I bought gift certificates, and I wasn’t informed that you would be closing just 45 days later, leaving us with worthless certificates. It feels like the closure was handled quietly and intentionally. It’s unfortunate that this was the approach taken by Mark Cusumano. It’s a truly disappointing situation.

Our main server was professional and attentive, but there was another staff member assisting by refilling water glasses and clearing plates. While she was friendly and undoubtedly a nice person, she lacked the training required for a fine dining environment. One of the fundamental principles of fine dining is not to interrupt conversations at the table, yet she interrupted at least four times while someone was speaking, making them stop to acknowledge her offer of water or to indicate it was okay for her to take their plate. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 for its quality and flavor. The service was also commendable, with attentive staff that made the evening enjoyable, though there’s a slight room for improvement, reflected in a rating of 4. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and pleasant, making it a great place to unwind. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable dinner.

We held our wedding reception there in September, and it was an incredible experience. Mark and his team did an outstanding job for Sandy and me. A special thank you to Chile and Sam as well. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect.
