Hartford Coffee Company - Saint Louis

Food is always good but seems like take out continues to be an issue. First time we did take out we waited for over an hour just for staff to tell us they never got the order after it was placed. Instead of letting us know they didn’t receive it, they continued to tell us the food was being worked on. To be fair one of their kind staff offered delicious pastries in exchange for the inconvenience. Decided to give it another try and second time was great, food was delicious and order was right. Today we ordered take out again and didn’t realize part of our order was missing until we got back home. Just frustrating when you want to support a business but something continues to be wrong. Might just dine in moving forward.

Good pricing, I'm very interested in trying their food. So far I've only had the muffins and coffee. Muffins are great, coffee was weak. Hope it's better next time. Giving 5 stars overall because I've heard good things from others, so I'm hoping it was an off day. If I'm unimpressed next time I'll adjust.

Love going here! Usually come by at least once a week. When I order pick up, it’s always ready quickly! The food is really good and the coffee is too. I like that you can add flavors to the lattes, the lavender latte is my favorite!!

Friendly staff; great atmosphere; and good soups, salads, sandwiches, coffee, and pastries for reasonable prices. Kid-friendly.
