Copia Wine - Saint Louis

The first time in this restaurant. we had a great experience. our barkeeper/server was so funny and helpful with eating and drinking. we had the 16 oz new york strip with mushrooms, troublemaker red wine and a martini. steak was perfection and the calamari was perfectly cooked and delicately highly recommended.

Amazing... our reservations were 15 min late but amazing food drinks and surroundings made up for it a thousand times over. We had drinks while we waited then amazing food. We loved it so much we headed to the back bar to have another drink by the fires... love it. Plus 5 dollar vallet doesnt get better

Wonderful evening. We had a Group on for this restaurant so we decided to go out for a 'date night. ' We happened to go on a night that a jazz quartet was playing. May I say it was one of the best evenings we have had in a while. Our food was outstanding, the service (though they were confused on who was waiting on us at first) was top notch, and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. We were glad we had a coupon because it is high for our budget; definitely a 'special occasion ' spot.

Loved this place !. Great space, great service in the bar and wonderful and delicious food. When I come back to St. Louis, I'll be back. I had the lemon grass cured salmon and the pan roasted scallops. The offerings of wine by the glass had many interesting choices. While the scallops were not cooked quit right initially, they quickly re-made the entree and offered me a glass of wine while I waited. They were worth the wait, the flavors in the dish/broth as well as the scallops were delicious.

Great but........... We've been dining at Copia since they originally opened and have been back many times since the reopening. No complaints about the food. Everything that I've ever ordered has been excellent from the Scallops to the Prime Rib and calamari and ribs as appetizers are outstanding. My only complaint is that the patio is often closed for public dining on Saturday night for private parties. The ambiance inside is lacking unfortunately. Just another restaurant. It's the patio where the real personality of the restaurant shines so when it's unavailable we go elsewhere. A shame but too often true.
