Bait - Saint Louis

The place is very nice. Food is great and delicious. Service is just ok. The timing of food is very very slow. It took 30 minutes between courses and at one point they ran out of wine glasses. A little strange for the restaurant that has been opened for 4 years.

We were not served anything 30 min into our reservation, nor was our food order taken. So we left. When we told the waitress she truly did not care.

Close seating, very intimate. Food takes awhile to arrive to table.

My overall experience was great. The shareable for brunch was amazing however the grits for the shrimp and grits were dry and under cooked. Thankfully I was quite full already by the time they were served.

The brunch was great. Everything we ordered was delicious and you receive a lot of food for the price. The food you received before your entree was great and there was enough to get full. we ended up boxing up our entree to go.
