Restaurant A&W - Saint-Léonard

Avoid this terrible restaurant at all costs. The staff is extremely rude and impolite, and the wait time for takeout is over 30 minutes. Do not waste your time or money here.

For just $7, you can enjoy a satisfying breakfast at this restaurant. The meal includes eggs, bacon, hash browns, two thick slices of toast, jam, peanut butter, coffee, and juice of any size.

I always receive excellent service at this restaurant. I especially enjoy their burgers without buns and their onion rings. However, I wish they had a gluten-free menu for burger buns and other items since I cannot eat gluten.

This review is strictly for the drive-through order, as it was what we did on that evening. The good: They were correct in the order we asked for. The bad: We waited a good 5 to 10 minutes... before giving our order at the drive-through. Then we waited almost 30 minutes before receiving ONE burger, ONE fries and ONE Root Beer. It showed that the clerk seemed overwhelmed by his work. Sadly, the customer pays by waiting forever.

Purchased 4 burgers 4 fries 4 drinks cost 38$. Thought it was going to be a cheap night out instead I got 4 burgers that tasted like I could make at home for less than 10 bucks. At least the food was fresh cooked in plain sight, not impressed on the price at all. The guy serving me was nice. Saturday night guy. Tried his best to serve me right and polite even though his shift was over.
