McDonald's - Saint-Léonard

Worst service and food I ever received. Staff is rude...service was slow and food was uneatable...thru it in the garbage since they didn't want to refund me.

I go to this restaurant every day and usually order a medium or large coffee with 2 milks. Unfortunately, there are occasional shifts where my order is incorrect, and they often forget to give me a receipt, making it impossible to complete the online survey. Today's experience was the worst yet - after leaving the drive-thru, I discovered that my drink had 2 creams and 2 sugars instead of the milk I asked for. I returned to the restaurant and informed the staff of the mistake, but they did not apologize or seem concerned. The second drink they gave me still had sugar in it, and by that point, I was too frustrated to go back again. The employees there do not seem to care about customer satisfaction, and their lack of happiness is evident in their interactions with customers.

The staff at this restaurant is impolite and inhospitable. I wasn't even given a receipt when I paid for my order, and my greeting was ignored without a response.

2 nights in a row... Just ice cream at 10PM, pregnant wife waiting at home... 20 minute wait and sad teenager serving (smiles appreciated)... C'mon Ronald!

I don't understand why the staff, who spoke perfect English, refused to speak it to me. I apologize for not speaking French well, but they didn't seem interested in helping me just because I spoke English. However, I did enjoy the fries with gravy.
