Lylac Resto Lounge - Saint-Laurent

Positiw: cleanest shishas I have seen, they take care of them clearly. Cheese and zaatar pita was up and the meat mix kebab was really good. the ambiente is amazing, good music and clean decorationsing, tables and floors. the menu and the vibes they feel like they are in the libanon. negatiw: what is the point of having so much personal when they do not offer a service? there were over 10 employees with a view of the terrace to serve everyone. After we had ordered our food and shisha, no one came back to see us. we had to stop someone to get drinks, then stop someone to get a refill on drinks, then stop someone to order gloomy, then stop someone to get a refill on water. they have never deleted any empty teller and drinks on our table or on one of the tables around us. it was so frustrating that empty dishes stacked on our table and other tables around us and see that the personal empty handed constantly around the tables ignores the dishes. they never asked if it was good or something. they never filled the waters again. to round it off, our table was dirty when we sat on it. dust and dead bugs. we have wiped it out with serviettes, because it was impossible to tie all employees down. super disappointed with the service, the only place in mtl/Laval that is about personal, but no one actually works. super through the service and really sad because this place could have been the best in the opposite if it was not for the lazy coworkers. I work in the service, it's really not that hard to be proactiw and be polite.

What a delicious food and great hospitality with very friendly staff, highly recommended and very affordable price.

One of my favorite restaurants, I went from toronto to laval to try the lylac restaurant lounge again. fantastic eating, shisha and customer service. I strongly recommend this restaurant because they earn five star service I love this place

The food quality is definitely up there. Good quality olive oil for the taboulé and the kabab seasoned to perfection. I would have given it a 5 if only the service and the reception were better. I still have a lot of dishes to try so I am going back. Keep it up

Really good customer service. They are constantly monitoring the door for who's coming, and immediately check in with you for a reservation. Seating isn't difficult before 9:00 PM, but after that it's mostly reservation.There is outside and inside seating. The TV is usually on soccer matches. The music is nice too. Bathrooms are pretty clean.There is a large variety of hookah, and they give good recommendations. Always replacing the charcoal too.The menu is large and has a lot of options. Savory, sweet, breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcaholic, and non-alcoholic drinks. They have Arak too. It's all good too, and fresh.Overall, it's a good entertainment spot with plenty of parking, and really good service. Worth the money and the time, and plenty of seating. The prices are really fair too, and there is a large diversity of people coming in.
