Then too little tomato sauce that is spreading just on the 3/4 centimetres of the edge.... Next to that the filling is there, we can't blame the lack of filling for this pizza. The flamekueche was good, the filling was unfortunately the same problem for the paste: fine but too compact. Correct/mitigated result.
Nice surprise, to recommend and renew... good service and meals. Democratic prices, speed and smiles.
Pizzeria this establishment has Pizzeria only the name Lamentable, Brushed Pizza underneath and above and not cooked inside, thermal shock certainly because of a frozen paste? Only acid tomato concentrate. Not ate leaving practically whole on the table. After having kindly noticed to the owner of this state of fact, which can happen, we have them as an answer in return that it was not his fault, it was even mine, because I asked for mozzarella instead of the conte which explains and justifies for her the lack of cooking! No trade and bad faith without name, not worthy of an institution manager. My son took lasagna that were not good either, no tomato sauce, but that same acid concentrate. I advise this lady to change her profession or take management, communication and, above all, cooking courses.
How can we make pizza with so much mediocrity? What disappointment to cook without love a pizza? I had taken the Ctoise franche pizza to treat local products. What a surprise to see that my pizza dough was made of cardboard, the ingredients especially the cheese filled the pizza...I would have asked for a cheese pizza, it would have been the same. The few pieces of sausage had no taste. The generosity in the ingredients was not at the rendezvous. A frozen pizza bought in my supermarket has more taste. I left the 3/4 of the dough. No waiter said anything... they think we're just customers of passage without interest while it's the tourists who market their activities. In addition, the Rhone is very average. The young waitress knew nothing about wine. I hadn't read the opinions on tripavisor, I'd never have seen it. What a shame and also a waste!! I don't recommend it to you.
