This small restaurant in the middle of nowhere serves fantastic food. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a tempting buffet. You can also choose to order from the menu if you prefer.

First, if you want a legit road tacos, this local trip to Mexico is worth every penny! The shredded pigs tacos the tortas the fools I mean, everything is amazing, the inside is not like immaculate or anything but their food for which I would travel! You don't even have to add something I tell you!!

I drove many, many times from this place and today I finally stopped. I can't wait to go back. The carne asada tacos were right up and the fried beans were smooth as possible. It was a very good dish of food. My friend had a burrito and I couldn't believe he ate the whole thing. The only reason he doesn't like remnants. UPDATE: I was with different people several times and sent others. Always good food. Authentic tacos, tamales and buffet. I could eat a wk here a few times, but live 20 miles away and gas costs too much. Yummy

The food was absolutely delicious—truly authentic Mexican cuisine. We will definitely return the next time we're in Saint Joseph, MO.

Best, authentic, Mexican food that I have ever had the pleasure of trying here in Saint Joseph, Missouri. I really like their pork guisado in Chile guajillo. It had great flavor while having just the right amount of heat to it. My friends and coworkers all agreed that their tortas are phenomenal! I personally like the carnitas as the meat choice for my tortas but they have a wide variety of meats and braises. I will become a regular of this place during my time here in Saint Joe.
