Bidrage med feedbackI have been a loyal customer of this Sushi Shop since it opened, and have always enjoyed the food. However, over the past year, there have been many issues. The employees are constantly new and inexperienced, resulting in poorly made sushi. Tonight was the worst experience yet, with three inexperienced employees creating sushi that resembled a soldier's ration for $120. This was very disappointing, and I hope the owner addresses these problems before losing more regular customers like myself.
I left a 1-star review for this restaurant two years ago due to a bad manager. However, my husband recently returned and was pleasantly surprised by the change. The two ladies working were extremely friendly and kind. We will definitely be returning in the future!
Taste is great and I will be back for sure however the pieces were not cut even and I had to wait 30 mins until order was ready. No worries, it was busy that time and I understand. Thx
Very bad customer service called to make an order and Manager there was very rude over the phone. She was not respectful her tone was hight and start screeming ...and hung up by saying will not do the order...really very bad
Poor Service and customer service.Placed an order on-line. And when it was time to pick up the order they called me up to tell me that the sushi roll machine was broken. I showed up at the restaurant and they lady(owner or manager) told me the same thing and NO REFUND will be given because the order was made on-line. August order #39xx. I argued and complained and nothing was done.Used to be a loyal customer and visited frequently . Buyer beware... NO MORE. Never was given a refund. All LIES
