Papa John's Pizza - SAINT JOHNS

Delivery- Ordered 2 liter diet pepsi and tried to deliver 2 liter dr pepper. Did not accept it. Mistakes happen but store?s response was unacceptable. They would not give me money back but only said they would credit next order. The pizza was lukewarmand definitely not near quality from other St. john?s pizzerias. Definitely not ordering again and out the $3 for drink.

I ordered my pizza well done, but it still arrived chewy. The delivery driver left it at the door without knocking, so it was just sitting outside. I only realized it was there when I started wondering why it was taking so long and decided to check.

I recently ordered a carryout pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage, and when I called, I was quoted a price of just over $10. However, when I went to pick it up, the charge was over $12. I brought up the price discrepancy to the cashier, who explained that I was being billed for two toppings, even though each was only on half of the pizza. It seemed clear that the clerk wasn't familiar with bait-and-switch laws, which require that the quoted price should be honored. She did manage to reduce the price to $11.75, as if she were doing me a favor. While it's only a couple of dollars, it can add up significantly for many customers, representing a 20% increase. This is why I’m leaving this review, and I’m curious to see how the situation unfolds.

Yesterday I placed a phone order.while giving the credit cards number the call got dropped . I called the store to place the order. AND they did a terrible job. They did not include 2 orders of appetizers, did not include a pizza. They failed to tellme that each order of brownie contains 9 squares of brownies. Instead they included and delivered 10 orders of brownies. Duringplacing order I was clear that the order was just for 8 people. All in all a whopping $205.00 (approx) bill. With loads ofunnecessary things, being very polite. The person taking the order was constantly putting my call on hold. If you need toorder food from this place make sure you ask for the receipt first when the delivery person arrives at your place,, open eachbox before you tip the driver and before he leaves your property. I don?t think it?s the delivery driver?s fault he deliveredwhat was handed to him All in all a very bad experience. I ordered at this place before hence I chose this place. But that isgoing to change soon.

I've always enjoyed Papa John's pizza, but my last three online orders arrived undercooked and uncut. If they can't get the pizza right, I'll be switching to Vino's or another pizza place.
