Bidrage med feedbackPast 4 visits have been absolutely terrible. I attached a photo and video of my mixer, which ended up being like soup. We've been forgotten in the drive thru 2x, to the point I had to go inside and they got our ice cream out of the freezer for us. Entire place ran by teens, no leader or management taking charge, workers just standing around talking even when it's very busy.
Great food, a lot of variety and very friendly service. I was surprised to see employees that were smiling and polite when I asked him a question. But they offered the best answer that they had and allowed me to make a great decision. Their food has been delicious and not too greasy or hard on the stomach. I've had a spicy chicken sandwich, Burger, fish, and soup with onion rings. All is recommended! I eventually will get to there famous milkshakes.
I really enjoy Culver's, but today I'm feeling a bit uncertain about my order. I asked for a Wisconsin Double, but what I ended up with in the bag doesn't quite match. This is why I'm not fond of drive-thrus; I really dislike receiving the wrong items. It's my own fault for not double-checking before I left the drive-thru area, but this experience won't deter me from returning.
This restaurant is more than just a burger place! On my first visit, I was surprised to find the dining room open, despite the tinted windows that might give the impression it’s closed. It was clean and inviting, even with the long line of cars at the drive-thru. I tried the Pretzel Haus Pub Burger, and I can’t recommend it enough—it was incredibly flavorful. Just a heads up, it’s a bit messy, so it’s definitely not a car-friendly option! I also loved the cheese curds as a delightful alternative to fries alongside my fish and chips.
Let me paint the picture for you: this Culver's seems to be relatively new, and they were quite busy, which explains the 25-minute wait. Now, let's talk about the Butter Burger that my wife and I ordered, which I have pictures of. It was see-through and paper-thin—honestly, even a vegan wouldn't be upset with this burger. I first discovered Culver's in Arizona, where my first experience with the Butter Burger was a double, and I couldn't finish it, so I switched to singles after that. Even the Culver's we usually stop at in Georgia serves a much larger burger. I really enjoy Culver's, but come on, guys—let's step up the burger game!
