The store is always clean and has a good selection of baked goods. Coffee is well brewed and always hot.

The place where I can grab my best quality ice coffee and farmers wrap quickly as I don't wanna get late for the work.

Asked for the new vanilla coconut cappuccino, she put in down as a latte we said no it's a cappuccino she said that's right and give us lattes went back and same person said we never asked for cappuccinos

To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about my order, the manager accused me of lying, which was completely unacceptable. I have specific dietary needs, and yet they served me something I cannot eat. I attempted to resolve the issue, but the implication that I was "fibbing" about my restrictions was infuriating. I used to visit this place every morning, but after this experience, I certainly won't be returning!

I visited this morning and while the server was friendly, she forgot to give me the cookie I requested. She became occupied with other customers, and I noticed what seemed to be a manager standing idly right in front of the cookies. When I informed her that my cookie was forgotten, she responded in a rude tone, saying that if it was forgotten, she could get it for me. Then she abruptly added that she was too busy training. I can understand being busy, but it seemed like she was just moving her arms for a few seconds. It was a simple request, and I don't see why she had to be so dismissive about it.
