Tim Hortons - Saint John

I want to thank this location staff, specially Mary Bel. I forgot my purse two days ago (I am a very distracted person), I do not live in the area and honestly, I did not think my purse would be there because I was seated at the hidden corner of the restaurant and any person could have taken it. I visited the area again today and asked about my purse and yes, it was there! They kept it and Mary immediately knew what I was looking for and gave it to me.Thank you!

Always a good time for service and community oriented.

For some reason they refuse to listen to what you're asking for, so much so that even after repeating yourself, you'll get to the window and have a completely different or half-a$ made order. I asked twice for a caramel toffee, and I even repeated myself to which they confirmed only for me to drive up and be given a caramel iced coffee and told they don't have toffee.. this is constantly happening with all types of orders including food. Finally given up and leaving a review!

Usually only do drive through ..not bad service, foods

This is the worst Tim's in the province most of the staff is rude and they make you repeat yourself because they don't listen to busy talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer.Would not recommend this place
