Subway - Saint John

I needed a quick late dinner, so I stopped by a conveniently located subway in West Saint John near my motel. I love their veggie subs, which are always loaded with delicious ingredients. I ordered a 12-inch sub and split it in half, enjoying one half for dinner and saving the other half for lunch the next day on my fishing kayak. The subs were perfect for my needs and I was satisfied with my meal.

I visited this restaurant for lunch today. The service was extremely slow, and there were too many people inside, exceeding the legal limit due to the pandemic. We were asked to provide our phone number on a piece of paper, but the pen provided for customers was not cleaned between uses, so I opted not to sign. Despite this, the facilities were clean and the food was fresh.

Although it is a national franchise, the staff is what makes a place great. All staff were friendly and polite. 2 thumbs up.

My wife and I are taking a long weekend. Did not want deep fried so decided on Subway. Their limited time sub is lobster so I decided to give it a try. It way a little more costly than Subways typical menu. We were glad...that we tried it. Tasty with fresh ingredients. Plenty of lobster. Give the sub a try if you have a chance.

Today, on March 26, 2020, the young girl working at the restaurant was excellent. Despite having to take all orders through the drive-thru order box, she never made a mistake. Despite the challenging circumstances during Covid-19, she efficiently made 4 subs and did an awesome job.
