Subway - Saint John

I visited this restaurant in the late evening and was impressed to see the staff diligently working and cleaning, rather than being on their phones like in many other places I have been to. The service was quick and friendly, with a smile on their faces.

My daughter requested a small amount of hot water at Bay Food and was denied. I believe that these individuals are not qualified to operate this business.

This underground restaurant follows the typical formula for food and decor. It gets quite crowded around noon, but the staff does a good job of keeping the line moving smoothly.

Haven't been to a Subway that I haven't liked! Staff here were great, moved quickly and got our big group served fast.

After a few days in New Brunswick, I always have a Hankering for fresh vegetables and a decent price. Used at subway prices in the states, the sticker shock is here real, but then again the veggies are. They may not be summer pigs... and onions, Brussels sprouts, or okra, but they are colorful veggies, most of which do not grow underground. And free Wi-Fi doesn't hurt.
