Island Girls Diner - Saint John

Great service, very friendly staff and chills friendly with a children's menu. Had quality for what was eaten was excellent and as you expect it tasted from a dinner that in the 70s it had a lot of nastalgia. The building is strangely shaped, but I think this is because they use 2 normal sections that would be separate stores, but they knock out a wall section to open the dining room and bathroom. Service is excellent

I was really impressed with this place. The eggs Benny were delicious, and the coconut cream pie was amazing. Definitely be back...might be my new favorite breakfast place. Be busy waiting.

My first time here and my word will not be the last. I find the best test for a diner is the eggs Benny and they rocked it. One of the absolute best I had. Like the coconut cream pipe. It's award-winning, but is it good? No. It's incredible. It's the perfect coconut cream cake. From crust to whip, you will not find better.... somewhere. Great service, very friendly.

Down visiting our Daughter and they brought us here because they were referred here as well. I had the Carlito and everyone else had the Island Girls special. The food was cooked nicely and was hot when it came out. One of the best reviews is not leaving any food behind, which is what happened with us. Not a scrap left. It was also nice having the maritime theme around while we were eating. It 's definately worth eating here.

Took my mother out for her birthday Tuesday. We both got the turkey pot pie and mash potatoes and a order of onion rings to share. All the food came out quickly. And I don't think I've had food that hot before! Fresh out of the oven ! Not that I'm complaining it was really nice to have hot food and not warmed under a heat lamp ! Our waiter was very nice and welcoming ! 10/10 experience all around definitely will be back again !
