O'fine - Saint-Jérôme

Do not let yourself be fooled by a simple bistro menu. The tomato soup (yellow tomatoes, nicely garnished) was absolutely delicious. Fantastic tartars. My friends loved the Pasta Special and the fish and chips. Great service. Worth a visit!

Fine poutine cholesterol is a chic little bistro in the heart of downtown St. Jerome. If you happen to go to the hip hours, you will be lucky to find a seat (or parking on the street). It's just so good. The atmosphere is dark and cozy and the decorations are woody and charming. When it comes to eating, I assure you that the poutine is worth getting! Too many dinners in the Laurentians make their poutins Gravy with chicken sticks. Down in Montreal, it is usually with beef. But at Fine Poutine Cholesterol they do it with port wine. And believe me, it's as amazing as it sounds. The price for a big poutin, a fried Calamari and two drinks plus tip was $45! Fine food at reasonable prices. We met this place every time we're in town!

Great food, retro setting and friendly service. Fantastic place for groups of all ages. I definitely come back with my family.

I used to love this bistro but the chef that wad there in 2017 is no longer there and the food on my last visit was not that good. Bummer because it was my favorite place to eat in St Jerome.
