Tim Hortons - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

I specifically requested no tomatoes in my wrap, but to my surprise, there were some included.

Fast forward to 2024, it has been at least 2 years since I last visited this branch, and there have been a lot of changes since then! The atmosphere is now brighter, warmer, and more inviting, however, there is a noisy crowd of retirees who tend to reserve the tables, which can be unpleasant.

I waited in line for my order at the restaurant, but several cars were served before me. When I honked to get their attention, they still didn't switch to take my order. Finally, when they did, I mentioned that they had passed me several times. The girl taking my order responded frustratingly, saying I just needed to be patient. I mentioned that there are always errors in my order whenever I come here. The girl serving me today should be fired.

Food: standard Tim Hortons. Lacks items on occasion.Service: Rude staff who are the least helpful and make it a point to question your own order???Atmosphere: It's a Tim
