Tim Hortons - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

It's the Tim in town that I know the least and that I don't particularly like. Let's say that a Tim means coffee and a donut for some, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is important for the users of the dining room. The location of this branch is really not interesting except for drive-thru aficionados. Update 2023, it's been a while since I visited this branch... I stopped there with my group for a little snack. My customer experience is as I imagined it. I think we were the only customers there.

We heard a loud 5 min and no one came to serve us and when the young man told the other to serve us he said no time for anything else to sort out... and no one came so we left Service: 1

Very poor stress management of your team in place today facing a line-up of customers. I was on the line for about fifteen minutes and to find out about customer service, it's not having time for service that's the problem, that's understandable and sometimes beyond our control. A great team building, training, a BIG reminder about communication, mutual aid, respect, team spirit, smiles towards customers and between colleagues would not be too much. The atmosphere does not make you want a quick coffee in your establishment.
