Bidrage med feedbackWe were a group of ten staying in St Jean de Sixt and one day we went for a walk up to the Tete du Danay (what a fantastic view! . On the way up we met Gaia the lovely dog at the Ferme du Danay, who made us feel very welcome. On the way down we stopped in at the Ferme and it was lovely. Karine and Mitch are great hosts. Karine was very keen to practise her English with us and we had a great chat with her she is so outgoing and friendly. We had the local beer brewed near St Jean de Sixt, and some plates of cheese and ham it was all excellent and just what we needed at the end of the walk. But it is the hosts who really make the place well worth a visit not forgetting Gaia!
This lovely stop boasts great local beer and a light lunch made of various cheeses and hams. The couple that run the place are extremely welcome and friendly but the friendliest member of the staff is their dog Gaia who greets you at the door and encourages you to come inside. We plan to visit again when we repeat the walk.
Great adventurous or other anniversaries is great, the view of the rooms is all good.
An extraordinary setting, a very well maintained shelter. good products well prepared. I don't know. simple and warm. everything to spend a moment of gray. Thank you very much.
I highly recommend this restaurant shelter! The kitchen is really made home and the shelter to sleep is top. super clean and well decorated. Winter like summer!
