The restaurant, the meal, the welcome, everything was excellent! Bravo to this passionate chef who takes care of his customers and his dishes. The products offered are fresh and of excellent quality. For me it is my favorite restaurant in Paris. The dishes are very well prepared with incredible flavors. The chef is attentive, provides impeccable service and with a smile throughout the meal. He takes the time to passionately explain to you the origins of each of the ingredients that make up his dishes. An incredible culinary and human experience.
