Bidrage med feedbackFirst of all we're going to start with the first guy I saw when I came, in fact he hadn't done anything but he looked at me with a look that sent shivers down my spine (I think I lost my soul and the second time I came we would say that there were only beginners because saying my order took 10 minutes and making it 15 minutes, just for a hot chocolate. In short, it was good every time I came but I should have more of a smile with the customers.
If I could give zero stars I would.The service at this location is so bad that thanks to them this company will no longer receive a cent from me, they took more than 30CAD from my account for an order that was not delivered to me.They say they have a schedule that they do not respect, their officials are rude and lying, aggressive and ineffective. It's a shame they call themselves a Canadian company.In response to TIM HORTOMS' response, I tell you that it doesn't work at all, there is no customer service! I have written and called them several times, their response is that I go to the store where I placed my order and only went there to receive bad treatment.
It's good to see Tim's completely renovated, the employees are smiling and the customer service is better than before.
If at least they respect the closing hours marked on the internet that would be good...arrive 45 minutes before closing and door bar
6 people serving but 15 minutes to order a coffee inside. The staff has no organization. Act as if customers don’t exist. Are focused on drive-through service. They adjust the coffee machines in the morning when it should have been done the day before. I won't come back here again
