I started with a blueberry donut, but it didn't match the pictures in the advertisements—there was no blueberry coulis inside. Additionally, the new decor feels uninviting; it's a stark and cold atmosphere that doesn't encourage you to relax and enjoy your time there.

It's good to see Tim's completely renovated, the employees are smiling and the customer service is better than before.

If at least they respect the closing hours marked on the internet that would be good...arrive 45 minutes before closing and door bar

The restrooms are extremely unsanitary, which really puts you off from wanting to eat there. Yikes! They need to put in some effort to improve this.

6 people serving but 15 minutes to order a coffee inside. The staff has no organization. Act as if customers don’t exist. Are focused on drive-through service. They adjust the coffee machines in the morning when it should have been done the day before. I won't come back here again
