Basha - Saint-Hubert

I can't say that the other reviews accurately reflect my experience in Basha. The staff was SUPER friendly. The food was amazing. My wife had the vegetarian record she loved. I had the cattle slaughter that was excellent. But the star of the show was the side of the potatoes with garlic sauce above. I'm not lying if I say they were the best potatoes I had in my life. If I lived in this area, I'd eat here a few times a month.

The restaurant may cancel your order without any notice. I'd suggest to call them first to make sure you will get your food.

The rice was super hard. I believe it is because it was left too long on the warm container and the moisture evaporates. Also it was a little more pricy than other bashas even those on the island.

Best shish taouk in the region. The salad are always fresh and excellent. Great people working there, they take the time to answer question if needed.
