Not to be missed if you are in Saumur. Kindness and availability to serve us a perfect meal, early and quickly so that we could attend a Cadre Noir gala. A flawless journey....everything was there...mixture of textures and flavors, perfect cooking, inventiveness, high quality local products, remarkable vegetable processing, perfect food/wine pairings. I've been cooking a lot for many years, and thank you chef, I had an extraordinary time! I am waiting to come back in less of a hurry to enjoy your setting which is also exceptional
