What a great place! I really loved this moment at the echo of the sources, at Christine's paradise of exuberant nature :DAll there is: the welcome, the conviviality, the freshness of the products, the calm and beauty of nature, the river that flows right next to... We enjoyed the family trout raised at 20m from the restaurant, with vegetables from the vegetable garden, the top what!Bref, echo from sources is a unique place that I recommend to all lovers of nature to experience a truly unique culinary experience:
