Aux Petits Gourmands

Went here with my girlfriend for a final breakfast in Saint Gervais, with high expectations. However, these hopes were destroyed when we were greeted with rude and impolite waitresses. We ordered a simple croissant and a slice of pizza, hoping for some tasty treats, as the prices were rather high. Unfortunately, the pizza was not fresh (stale) and difficult to even cut, let alone eat, the croissant as well was burnt. When i approached the waitress to explain my issue with the pizza, she replied by cutting off the ‘bad bits‘ of pizza and returning it- appalled i asked for it to be taken away and to simply not pay. As I went to pay for the croissant they brought the same pizza back to my girlfriend (who doesn’t speak french) in a takeaway box and said it was a fresh one. When she said that she didn’t speak French the waitress shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I then refused to pay for the pizza, this caused a very loud and public argument, where i was told to not return. Would not recommend to anyone. Unwelcoming. Rude.

Great location right in the centre and opposite the church. Breakfast, coffee, light lunches , afternoon tea, patisserie etc .

Excellent reception, naturally smiling staff. Special mention to Julia, very good advice, who improvised tourist guide. So we came back several times:

Cozy and chic atmosphere This tea room offers very nice and good cakes and a large choice of hot drinks. There is even a salty game for lunch I recommend

Quick service in this chic temple of pastry and chocolate!!
