A LAMENTABLE CONDITION and the manager is diverting customers from Booking. I booked a large suite, the manager dared to give me a room with humidity even though he knew that my father is elderly and on oxygen!!!! after negotiation with this scam the manager asked me to pay 100€ hand by hand which corresponds to the commission from Booking be careful his strategy is well established you will book with Booking then arrive he will offer you to cancel so that you can pay him directly in cash. At the bottom of this hotel be careful, very poorly frequented and not at all secure, a risk of being robbed. I have a video of our conflict with this manager, it will be sent to Booking and I will file a complaint for fraud. Ah yes Sir, do not contact me anymore on Booking and avoid wishing my father a good recovery, you are not forever given the substances you consume!!!!!!!! To flee!!!! I am very disappointed by the lack of seriousness and professionalism of this hotel. Booked for 3 weeks, 2 days before our arrival without consulting us the reservation to change dates I did not understand the purpose of doing this other than to cause anxiety. Booking quickly found me a plan B because otherwise I would have found myself with nothing with my son since I am not from the region at all. I would like to point out that the MANAGER never took the trouble to ask if I had found other accommodation, look at the comments below, I am not here alone. He is not reliable at all.

Hotel located in the Jewish quarter of the medina, in a hidden place. The treatment by the owner was exquisite. He went out of his way during the stay. Great kindness and everything was easy to continue our trip. Highly recommended place. Food drinks: Great breakfast. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
