Was like 8:30 PM and they had front door closed. Drive thru kiosk was knocked over and there was a friends truck parked at the pick up window reving engine. Worker said it was someone’s brother. Dirty dirty dirty. Franchisee should be ashamed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Met some nice people while we all waited over 35mins. I eventually took my money back. They were also out of a lot of items so it wasn't what I really wanted anyway. However they fixed the refund graciously with apology. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

To be honest, whoever runs this location should be ashamed. The dining room was closed, fine, but could one of the 5 employees sitting in the lobby look up from their phone to say something? The signage on the door is torn and tattered so it was hard to read that the dining room closed at 7. No lights anywhere going back to the drive through. The drive through sign and order box were destroyed. Drove to the pick up window where no less than 3 employees walked by, looked at us, and never bothered to acknowledge we were sitting there. Finally we flagged someone down to take our order. Food was cold. No napkins. No sauce for the chicken tenders. Just awful Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
