It was a delight of the continual papillae!! Thank you all for everything!
11 days when I discovered the principles of macrobiotic cuisine and Yin and Yang philosophy! An elaborate, tasty and very balanced vegetable cuisine. A fantastic human experience. A very accessible price!

Cuisine et Sante' I found myself here in the green of the Upper Garonna to know and experience macrobiotic cuisine. I found a place similar to a small village, with people of various nationalities linked together by curiosity and love for cuisine. Great professionalism and availability of the chef Efrem Nicolau that every day varies recipes following the estro, fantasy and passion for the macrobiotic. Johan, the son of the founder Rene Levy, is carrying out the work of his father preserving his spirit, love, care and joy. Allegro and always present staff. The property is simple, clean and welcoming. There are large green spaces, a pond in which to cool down, woods, walks and many small villages to visit.
