Terrible, slow service. Waited in line for an hour and a half and paid a fortune for food that was practically inedible and cold. Waitress ignored our table, while tables around us came and went.

Reserved for 1 pm and got there nothing was ready the manager seem to be overwhelmed, waited 45 min after my RESERVATION and had no service what so ever, decided to go somewhere else, what the point of reserving if you can’t honor it!!

Even though was really busy and noisy, food was good and service was really good!

This morning, my family and I were part of the 50-people Military Family Resource Centre(MFRC) reservation. I received an email a week prior to the reservation to arrive by 11:00am and food will be served at 11:30am. After we checked in at 11:00am with the MFRC program coordinator, we were told we didn’t have to line up because we had a reservation. The side entrance will be opens for the MFRC at 11:30am. My family and I went back to our vehicle to get warm and headed back for the side entrance at 11:25. The MFRC program coordinator then informed us that the sugar shack took the reservation and a deposit of $1,000.00 at the time of booking, and gave away our reservation due to the long line of people who didn’t have a reservation. Our children were hungry so we didn’t end up dining there. I find the unethical practice of taking someone’s deposit for a large group, and then didn’t save the tables for them unacceptable. We had to drive 60km there, and another 60km home.

Very quiet on a Saturday at 4hpm. We had the place to ourselves so the service was good. Food was typical, nothing special, but good enough. La tire sur la neige n'était pas fameuse par contre, but we were full at that point, so no biggy.
