Magnificent showcase.. large choice of hot and cold snacks as well as pastries.. It is very appetizing and it makes you want to come back to the taste of different recipes.. During the tasting of my cold sandwich and pastries were good but a little light to completely calender my hunger.. the room is air-conditioned and very well decorated..
The desserts are a slaughter and their speciality is the diversity of macarons with different perfumes sometimes atypical but very good. When I have to make a trip or a picnic, I often take some salty dishes to take away that can be meat or fish sandwiches or salads as well as quiches and others depending on the season. The different cakes that exist are also very good and it has not happened to freeze and spring as good and the guests do not make a difference. But, what I prefer is apricot and hazelnut bread only, there is only Sunday. I don't know about you, but for me, I'll come back to make you discover your own flavors.
I put 4 stars just for the frame that is very pleasant to look. We ate in the family and I loved my tuna sandwich, the bread is delicious and the baguette has a very ventilated mie. Parkontre too choice for desserts, quality does not follow, lacks much finesse. The pastry cream in my flash was too compact, I didn't like it. It is undeniable that desserts are not at the level of sandwiches.
Perfect service, on the other hand I don’t know if it’s the manager (dame who’s round, blue eyes, horsetail) but I saw a scene that shocked me a bit. Even if we’re in full service and it’s full when we’re pro we don’t talk badly to his colleagues. And if this person is a manager I think that a master’s training would not be too much. It is not because we are in full service that this justifies this.... The poor woman ordered her to serve not very kind! While a discreet phrase of the style “we’ll talk about it after there’s world, there we’ll do the service but I’ll reserve you 5 min at the end” would have been more appropriate than a “VA SERVIR LA x 2-3 times”. Mastery of being and important I think ... and in front of the clientele gives less a bad image.
