Wendy's - Saint Cloud

Drive through open till 1am multiple times employee cars there employees inside. Sit at drive through waiting to order for 20mins. Along with other customers. No answer can?t even answer the phone. Pull to the front so they can see me and they turn their back and go to the back.

Went to drive thru, 3 cars ahead and 3 behind us. Long wait time to finally get to place order and be told they were already closed. That's 7 sales lost.

I was really looking forward to trying the new pub burger. This is not that. My order was wrong last time too and the drive through employee had her mask under her chin like a chin hammock. Done.

The service today at this location was awful. First of all, we had to wait 15 minutes from the time our order was placed until we received our food. When we checked with an employee, we were told they had given our order to another person by mistake and they would prepare another. 5 minutes later we finally got our food. The order was wrong, so we had to go back to the counter and get it fixed. While we sat and ate our food which was about 15 minutes, two other people came up to the counter and said they were given the wrong orders through the drive through. So in a total of about 30-40 minutes 5 mistakes were make. I came to this location when it first opened and had a bad experience, but it was new and I cut them a break. At some point management has to address theses issues.

Don't expect to get your money's worth on the fries. Just like all the other food chains. That was right out of the bag from the chain.
