Gator's Dockside St Cloud - Saint Cloud

Love wing nights at Gator's! Great food for a great price. Everything tonight was awesome! Our server Stephanie was attentive, very kind and sweet! Thank you for everything!!

Terrible experience, came to pick up an order, first employee told me it would be 2 more minutes. After 20 minutes, no food, girl disappeared and nobody came to ask what I was waiting on. When I ask them, they take about 5 more minutes just to tell me the order was already picked up. I was taking a menu home to come one day but I left it just where I got it from because definitely I would never visit myself

08/19/24 6:58 PM. The food was delicious, but the waitress needs more practice. Her name is on the receipt, but I’m not going to call her out. I waited for my silverware until I finally had to get it myself, before my food got cold, while she was standing around. She came back 3 times for Leah’s drink order, that we had to pay for, but for some reason was reluctant to refill my tea. Something was off with her. Maybe it’s just as simple as I remind her of someone that she doesn’t like. Trust me when I say that I know what it’s like to serve customers in a very busy, and a lot of the times, chaotic environment. It’s not the same business, but I serve up to 6 customers a minute, without tips, for up to 16 hours a day at times. It’s not always easy, but it’s my job. My advice is never let your personal life, or feelings, get in the way of making a living. We have a Gator’s Dockside in PSL, and I’m not quite sure why I’ve never eaten there. This is the first time, and we had Mitch with us. I wish it would have gone better. See Leah Kapurch’s review. I’m following her

Our waitress Stephanie was awesome. I went with my wife and kids. She made the experience very family friendly. The only thing that we could say negative about our experience was there was an inconsiderate customer that was smoking on the back patio area where we were dining. Our waitress Stephanie actually went to her to tell her to please move. Although the customer didnt move (maybe she was having a bad day) but Thank you Stephanie for trying to make our experience the best possible! We will definitely be returning customers. Kid-friendliness: Games and activities to keep the kids busy while you enjoy a drink.

Great experience! Service and food was very good. We had a pleasant experience with our server Stephanie. She was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely return because of the food and service.
