This 5 star review is for the staff who I consider my friends now. I started going to this location when I moved to the area. When I was pregnant with my daughter last year one of my biggest cravings was coffee and donuts. I would stop there every morning on my way to work. Using the app I’d place my order and by the time I was there it would be waiting at the window for me.After about a month of going there I knew the entire staff. I would pull up and say my name for pickup and I’d hear the whole staff go “HONOR YOU’RE HERE” or “Did you have the baby yet?” Even though it’s nothing big, it would make me so happy.I had my daughter in November of 2023 and had to have an emergency c section. It kept me from going back for over a month. Around Christmas time I was finally able to leave the house and this Dunkin was my first stop. I put in my mobile order and will never forget when my husband, newborn and I pulled up to the speaker. My husband said “Mobile order for Honor” and all we heard was “is she with you?” And when I replied “I’m here” I could hear him say “she’s here everyone, Honors here!” Then when we pulled up everyone crowded around at the window to see my newborn daughter. Thankfully there was no one behind me so we chatted for a good 10 minutes.To be honest the coffee is good but it’s just coffee. What has kept me coming back is the staff. Their kindness, compassion and their hard work was clear to me after my first visit. I’m so happy every morning I leave for work because I know I get to see my “Dunkin friends” on the way.Thank you guys for always making me smile.
Visited this location and had to wait 10 minutes for a decaffeinated coffee. It was an hour after they opened so I am not sure why they didn't have it made. Been at this location several times and ordered tea and received coffee and then had to go back. Just another example of how customer service has
What used to be one of the great coffee experiences has really gone downhill in my opinion. The orders are rarely correct and often thrown at you through the drive-thru. The staff tries their best but even then it feels like they just don't like their jobs. As a Massachusetts resident previously, are Dunkins legend does not live on at this location.
