Urban Counter - Saint Charles

Very nice atmosphere. Loved the out door setting and the staff was very friendly. The food and pricing was also great. I will be going back!

The cashier was so helpful, offering suggestions to me and my mom. She loved her burger! The food was delish!

I ordered three burgers to go, I waited about 10-15 minutes. I was fine with that because I knew they were freshly made. They were very juicy an tasty!

Try them again...they are seriously working out their issues. We have been there at least 6 times over the past 3 weeks and yes, it takes a bit but it's all fresh! Our salad got dropped by an employee and they had to re-make it and it actually took a few minutes....long enough to assure me it was not pre-made but not long enough to cause stress! Hayley and Theresa rock here....a mother/daughter team that is so willing to make it right for you!!! Check out the pictures I previously poseted!!
