Tony's is not handicap accessible. You have to walk down a broken up, weed filled sidewalk to get to a locked door. Someone has to go in and ask for an employee to buzz the door open. The service was adequate, but the food was quite disappointing. I really can't understand why anyone would put pineapple on ice cream! The ambiance was not great either; it felt a bit rundown.
