Kfc - Saint Charles

Our order was wrong again tonight. the last couple of times we went to this place, there were mistakes with our orders. the last time we called, we were instructed to return our whole job. tonight, when we realized that our order was wrong again, we tried to call in front of the hand to see if they wanted us to return the whole job, but we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. decided to take everything back to be sure. When we arrived there, we asked if we could replace the whole order, because this point was cold. we were told that they could not replace the whole order, only the wrong product and it was not their fault that we decided to bring all foods up there again, instead of just the wrong product. we have not been offered any type of refund on the wrong position or any type of coupons to use in the future for the error.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 45 min at a Wednesday night at 18:30 clock. normally would not have thought to be a busy time for this place. Finally, they order my eating and pulling them to pay, notice that I only see a worker who works, both taking and filling ordering, most likely cooking as well. I paid and received my reception to see that it did not rank as I had ordered. ends up to another job to get the food we originally requested. the woman who works, said she was the only one there. eating was very cruel, chicken lines were like shoe leather, cookies were far past edible, chicken breasts were dried out and the extra crispy was more cheerful than crispy. unnecessary to say that company has to close this site until she will find correspondingly personal. it has been on a downward spiral for months, but had no idea that it had become so bad. $50 buck wasted unnecessary to say this was not a customer holding experience

Flew through the road tonight! when I came home to feed my family! the food was rough. the chicken tasted as if it was cooked in very old fat. the mac n cheese tasted old. worst experience I ever had at kfc

There were more 5 cars parked, waiting for food. they told me to go forward and wait, and I think I have taken a whole six inches. I was three times in the last two months and every time they leave something out of order. last time it was my biscuit, immersing sauce and cute. When I finally got my food, everything was cold. I was also informed that the box meal came with the pages that said despite the menu, I had a choice.

At one time, this was my favorite place. Now it's horrible and we will NEVER go back. The last two times we ordered from them, the food was cold and our order was wrong. When we reached out to them they did nothing to fix it. Not even an apology. It's obvious they don't want to be in business.Food: 1/5
