Sono prodotti freschi da consumare entro pochissimi giorni, molto gustose e convenienti, vanno riscaldate e farcite in padella. The gallette bretoni sono di colore scuro e si abbinano al salato, mentre le crepes sono gialle e ovviamente abbinate al dolce, come honeye e marmellata, che matete acquistare direttamente. The titolare è molto cortese, vi consiglierà volentieri. Il locale è in pieno centro a Pelerin, in prossimità della caratteristica chiesa; si può parcheggiare agevolmente nelle vicinanze, in alcuni stazionamento con disco orario.
