Very good restaurant. flat with a nice presentation and very tasteful. Tomato entrance with the cruncher of the crusts, well-dobed acidity, sweet tempered by the salt of the sweet cheese, I enjoyed myself! fishing dessert also of great finesse. all the flavors are well dosed and marry perfectly. A festival for taste buds! Good work. Chief!

Here's for the decor of this restaurant hotel in this imposing building full of charm in the heart of St.Brieuc. for the meal, my discovery menu was delicious and nicely presented, and offered a very correct price for the quality of the products and the search for taste. A very good choice.
