Le Zen - Saint-Brieuc-de-Mauron

The ambience is wonderful from the moment you enter. We went for a fixed price menu where the only decision was to make meat or fish. It was a surprise. The young servants were charming and attentive without being obtrusive and the owner... came to chat and showed us around the rest of the restaurant when we expressed an interest in the establishment. I'll go. There are also plenty of free parking in their car park 200 meters above the restaurant.

This is an interesting restaurant, owned by a local man and his Vietnamese wife. The food reflects this fusion. We had a delicious duck dish, and a bottle of red wine, but not linger when they were fully booked, but had pressed us in a later reservation. It seemed very busy with local diners and was recommended by our hotel owner. One problem is that your French is poor.

The restaurant is perfect, the theme is displayed directly from the entrance, we felt totally transported all the way to Vietnam before we were served. The food was more so the soup that served as the last meal I found it revolting. It had... many unexplained ingredients and I totally didn't expect soup to be the main meal. For a 48€ menu, just do not cut soup. Otherwise it is worth visiting a restaurant if not for soup, then for decor and ambience:

It is quite surprising that the menu is value for money, or perhaps the resto is new. The food was mixed between France and Vietnamese, giving the new taste and style I have ever experienced.
