Bidrage med feedbackIt is clear that Sonic does not care about their franchise. I ordered a double cheeseburger and was very disappointed when I got home. The bun was soggy, the salad looked old, and there was no bacon as promised. The sandwich cost nearly $8 and I had to drive back to the restaurant to return it due to its poor quality.
Placed mobile order for burgers and ice cream, got home no ice cream, called store assured I would receive a refund....24 days later many calls to the store and customer service no refund. Never going back to this Sonic ever I would give the zero stars for customer service and more. Called store, managers are extremely rude and say they don't know how they can help me..well it may take a little WORK but I'm sure you could help me get a refund??? Jasmine the manger likes to hang up on people and laugh at you while doing it ! Way to go with that customer service jasmine ! Haha your response means nothing ! I tried to obtain the owner Information everyday for 15 days and customer service and the store was called everyday for 15 days and no one did a thing … your responses are auto generated … maybe you should have the owner check out his store and employees
After waiting for 40 minutes in the drive-thru, which they thought was only 4 cars long, the reviewer drove away and realized that the bag of food was not hot. They opened the bag to find a burger with a small portion of fries, a small portion of popcorn chicken, and no drink. They had ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a large fry and coke for themselves, and a jumbo popcorn chicken with a large drink for their companion. Despite the long wait, the staff informed them that they were closed and could not do anything to rectify the situation. The manager, who was called over, was rude and did not offer an apology for the wait or the incorrect order. The reviewer was disappointed with the half-empty containers and the fact that the bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon and cheese. They used to love this restaurant as a child, but this experience was a total letdown. They hope that this review will help others choose a better dining option.
The last three times I have visited this restaurant, I have felt sorry for the staff having to deal with the large number of people and negative attitudes. Additionally, I have noticed that the food quality has significantly declined. I used to enjoy coming here for items like burgers, eggplant Parmesan, soft shell crab, and mozzarella sticks. However, I have stopped going because the food has been consistently cold and just doesn't taste good anymore.
Hotdog was lukewarm, but cheddarpfeffer were good. there were only two people working on a Friday night. the wait was bad, but the worker in the window had to make the food and treat customers. absolutely unhappy. Maybe they pay badly (my acceptance), but this is not an excuse to overload their employees. both sonic and franchise owners should be embarrassing. this review is not a reflection of the personal. all two were very nice and apologetic. not her fault.
