Panda Express - Saint Ann

Rice was done when I called for my order. No one helped me and was very rude that they were persistent about a reception. What I don't understand because you should be able to search each pas order individually. Then I finally call the manger/shift guide Jackie, she was rude and hung up on my face. When I called back to ask the number to cooperate, my call was ignored. Very rude staff and food was not cook for perfection. If I didn't give stars.

We got this on a Friday night, ate half of the plate, had very bad sleep because of food. I thought my system is bad. Had the left over today Sunday night dinner and I found a plastic in the noodles. The plastic is from the bag they have the food supplies. I saw them opening a couple of plastic bags, one with cabbage and one with Chicken when we were there. Will have to talk to the authorities to figure out how to sue the location or the chain. We thought this location is better than the Creve Coeur one as they allow us inside to order food instead of spending time in the Drive through.

Service is extremely slow, and they cannot multitask. My go to order is always chow mein, every time I order it, it is mainly cabbage. So much cabbage that I have to pick it out myself separately. The chow mein noodles were in short/small pieces as well. Basically I payed for cabbage. Worst location, do not go.

The usual Panda food, good not great. I am constantly annoyed at the size of the broccoli in the super greens. The pieces are huge and they don?t give knives at the drive thru. The item is a great idea for those avoiding carbs but man is it hard to eat. I can?t imagine trying to eat it inside the restaurant with people possibly seeing you having to pick up pieces and eat it with your hands. The forks are too flimsy to handle the duty.

Omg! Food is amazing. Plus you get a lot for the price. $7.00 bucks and i got enough for 2 people or lunch and dinner. I've ate half and look how much i have left. It is delicious also. They would have got all 5 stars but noodles were/are too dry and not enough sauce to cover all my meat. So they do have room 4 improve. However the person had a great attitude and pleasant personality. Made me glad i drove away from Popeyes right next door. Thank you God!
