Dunkin' - Saint Albans

It was a Dunkin Donuts that did what a Dunkin donuts should do. Give me a decent Egg and Cheese on sourdough with a good filtered coffee.

I ordered food for my husband and the coworkers did not bother to say that his food was ready. There was a huge line forming and they all stood around doing nothing. Everyone there were getting super upset with the coworkers! Their service has went downnow.

The drive thru never listens when order is placed and you tell them 3 times and they still get it wrong. I can understand this some but don't give me attitude because you got the order wrong They need to stop hiring kids in high school and placing them asa Manger as they are not mature enough for that yet

Drive-thru experience. Got off the highway, needed a coffee. Got a coffee. Asked for 1 cream, 1 sugar. I think they added a 0 to that orger and got a coffee with 10 sugars. Coffee was undrinkable unless you like super sweet coffee. Prank? Not sure. Hadto do another stop for coffee. At least the drive-thru was less than 3 minutes

Very nice young lady at the drive through. Lovely personality. Coffee order correct, so all in all it was a nice drive-thru experience.
