Their cf, crabs, oyster and other foods are great. Always fresh and on point every time we came back. Recommended. Service is good I would want to say thank you for the service) but food is not my taste. I went here because I read reviews on Yelp and also on the Vietnamese group on FB. Well, the miến xào cua is the only dish I like. It was right and crab's meat was fresh. Crawfish and shrimps were fresh but the sauce was too sweet therefore it killed the taste instantly. Calms with basil was sweet like chè dessert), same for ốc len xào dừa. I really wished they didn't add too much sugar on it. Anyway, everyone has different taste buds but if you do not like sweet, it is not a place for you.

I decided to invite my friends to grub with me here on Monday, June 26 after we got off work around 6 pm. Truc anh is located in a small strip plaza thingy on Senter rd. I heard a lot of great reviews about this place so I decided to come. We ordered 2 of the #2 combo (2 lbs of crawfish 1 LB of clam) and 1 #3 combo (2 LB of crawfish and 1 LB of shrimp), 1 order of the grilled oyster with green onion sauce, 1 order of fries. The waitress who works there took our order didn't really speak English very well, but luckily for us, we spoke in Vietnamese. we also ordered garlic noodles, a LB of shrimp in the garlic butter sauce 2 cups of sausage TO GO on a separate tab. I'll get to that later. The first item to come out was the combo #3 with the Crawdaddy and shrimp, we go it in the garlic butter house sauce in a mild, the flavors were sweet garlicky. The shrimps crawfish was cooked to perfection. Our other #2 combos took about what felt like 30 minutes to come out. I didn't understand why. There was no one in the restaurant. We got that combo in the lemon pepper in spicy. The flavors were sweet with slices of lime in the sauce, it was tangy actually super spicy which was preferred. But we didn't even finish our food because the sauces were a bit odd. Not sure if we really enjoyed it. But aside from that, everything was cooked to perfection, and the clams were huge juicy. But it really did take for freakinnnn everrrrr to come out. After waiting so long for our appetizers, finally the grilled oysters came out, there was 6 in one order they tasted very fresh. The plate came out with a side of Tabasco and Vietnamese coriander. The French friends were mediocre. I wouldn't order them again. They were like steak cut fries and they aren't even worth talking about to be real with y'all. We finished eating everything (not really. But we ate as much as we could), killed the grilled oysters. We discussed about how our waitress never checked up on us, never filled our waters, how we felt about the sauce in our seafood, how long it took for all of our food to come out. Actually, our separate tab of to go order came out almost immediately. guess what. She forgot our 2 cups of sausage that she charged us for L O L. But anyways, I don't think I would come back because.... -1 star for our food taking a life time to come out of that kitchen. -1 star for not checking up on us or filling our waters. -1 star for charging us for not ONE order of sausages to go, but TWO orders of sausages then forgetting them in the bag. The food was alright. It wasn't amazing. The spice was great the seafood was fresh. I DONT think I'll be back.

I love the place, good place to hang out, friendly waitress good food, everything decent price. crawfish is very spicy. The sauce is delicious and the service is excellent.
