Too loud music played as if they want to kick out customers from the shop.
I asked for the free hot chocolate on Christmas weekend and the front store person did not know about it so they confirmed with the back manager and got me one. The restrooms were clean.
Starbucks is my favorite stop when I'm traveling. So thank you for taking care of me team!
Customer service was so poor and didn't help you when you need it..
