Super bad service, super slow waitress and nothing from a good costumer service, restaurant horror

Took over an hour to get us our food , overpriced non alcoholic michelada $16 , didn’t check up on us once and got our order wrong

The atmosphere is cool, but the service can be better I went in on a Friday night and there were only two servers in a busy time. My table was waited on twice the whole time I was there. The servers seemed to be overwhelmed one of them was even running back and forth. I was disappointed that they do not have a license to serve alcohol and the food was about a 7 out of 10.

I give it 5 stars because I loved the food, the fajitas were very flavorful, the shrimp ceviche was delicious, the sushi, the Alfredo pasta with shrimp, my son loved it, we had a nice time with my whole family and I will go back many more times.

Nothing how they say it is very slow it not even pack and u still got to wait for hour outside. There's tables not clean they are not on top of anything.
