They only have four people running the whole restaurant waited 25 minutes for a hamburger and now it's cold won't do this one

Waited in an empty restaurant to order. They were more focused on drive thru times than taking our order inside. Waited 15min just to place our order. Ended up leaving as they kept focusing on drive thru orders.

They will 100% give you the wrong order and say it is what you ordered, and send you in your way. Enjoy.

This has gotta be about the 5th time that I’ve shown up an hour before close and no one answers at the intercom. I just saw 3 employees inside and not a single one of them were doing anything. Two young guys and a woman. This place is pretty disappointing if you’re hungry and want to actually get food during a restaurants hours of operation.

They need to get rid of the homeless people bugging the customers at Carl's jr
